The following individuals are the subject of an active Canada-wide arrest warrant, issued pursuant to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. By publicizing their identities, the CBSA is enlisting the help of the public in identifying these individuals and reporting any relevant information to the CBSA. The Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) found many Americans working without authorization in Canada last year, according to the Global News agency. This actually makes the US the largest source of illegal foreign labour who were apprehended.  Following the US, the Philippines recorded the second-highest amount of illegal labourers with Israel, India, Ireland, Mexico, and China following suit.

In terms of foreign labour, the US is the largest contributor of workers in Canada. Foreign nationals from the US, Israel, and Ireland do not need a visa to enter Canada.

The CBSA carries out its responsibilities with a workforce of approximately 13,000 employees, including over 7,200 uniformed CBSA officers who provide services at approximately 1,200 points across Canada and at 39 international locations.

The CBSA manages 119 land-border crossings, 13 international airports, all major ports, the largest being Halifax, Montréal and Vancouver, smaller marinas, reporting stations,   27 rail sites and processes and examines international mail at three mail processing centres.


The CBSA investigates, detects, and apprehends violators of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act,  investigates suspected war criminals, national security cases, and organized crime groups

The CBSA administers more than 90 acts, regulations and international agreements, many on behalf of other federal departments and agencies, the provinces and the territories and represents the interests of the CBSA and CIC at Minister's Delegate, Immigration Division (ID), Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), Refugee Protection Division (RPD), and Federal Court proceedings.
