Living in Canada

Canada consistently ranks high in worldwide quality of life indexes, significantly higher than countries like the UK and USA.

On average, the cost of living in Toronto is 13% lower than in London, and 19% lower in Toronto than in San Francisco.

House prices in larger cities (such as Vancouver and Toronto) are between $700K and $1M for a property. In smaller centers between 150K and 400K.

Usually a salary between $50,000 and $75,000 per person should be enough for a comfortable life in most locations.
